The property page is everything DealMachine knows about a single property, organized so you can size up a deal fast.
Everything about one property
Open any property to see its address, estimated value, ownership, loans, sales history, and more. Sections that have no data are hidden automatically, so what you see is what is actually available.
What you can see
- Ownership — owners, owner type, and owner-occupancy
- Financials — estimated value, tax assessment, sales history
- Mortgages & equity — loans, balances, rates, and estimated equity
- Liens — tax liens, judgments, and other recorded liens
- Neighborhood — demographics and local market stats
- Risk — flood, wildfire, and heat risk scores where available
- Comps — comparable sales and rentals for the property
Owner contact info is revealed on demand
Owner names appear with phone numbers and emails masked until you reveal them. Revealing spends people-data credits, and the same owner only ever counts once per billing cycle. See Revealing owner contact info.
