The team behind DealMachine

DealMachine began in 2017 with a problem its founders knew firsthand: finding a promising property was easier than finding its owner. Today, our team builds the data, software, and customer support that connect those steps.

Co-founder and co-CEO

David started DealMachine after searching Indianapolis neighborhoods for investment properties and spending hours tracking down owners. He built the first app to connect a property photo with ownership information.
