- Search properties or people by location and filters

Act
- Open the property page for full details and comps
- Reveal owner phone numbers and emails
- Export to CSV or track deals in the CRM
Run your first search

Pick a place
Add one or more locations — a state, county, city, or ZIP code. Locations combine with OR, so adding several widens your results.

Add filters
Narrow by anything from estimated value to owner type to equity. Filters combine with AND, so each one you add tightens the results. See Filtering your search.

Review the count
Counts are free — check how many properties match before you spend anything. Then open results, save the search, or build a list.
