Exporting to CSV
Take your leads anywhere. Export a search or a list to CSV with exactly the columns and contacts you need.
Your data, in a spreadsheet
Export from a property search, a people search, or a saved list. Pick what each row should be — a property, a person, an email, or a phone — and which fields to include.
How to export
- 1
Choose what each row is
Export properties, people, emails, or phones depending on how you want to work the list downstream.
- 2
Pick the contact audience
When exporting from properties, choose who to include — owners, owners and family, residents, or likely renters.
- 3
Filter the contacts
Require a phone or email, scrub Do Not Call numbers, or keep only mobile or landline numbers.
- 4
Select your columns and confirm
Choose the fields you want. DealMachine shows the record count and credit cost before you confirm.
What an export costs
You spend one credit per unique record you pull, deduplicated within your billing cycle. Exporting owners from a property search can charge both a property credit and a people credit, since you are pulling two kinds of records. Records you have already accessed this cycle are not recharged.
Large exports run in the background
Big exports are chunked and prepared in the background, then delivered as downloadable files — so you can keep working while they build.
