Using the Copilot
The Copilot is the AI chat built into DealMachine. Ask for what you want and it runs the same searches, lookups, and exports you would do by hand.
Your assistant inside the app
Open the Copilot and ask in plain language — *"find absentee-owned homes in Austin with high equity and export the owners."* It turns your request into real actions: building searches, looking up properties and people, running comps, enriching, and exporting.
What the Copilot can do

The Copilot spends credits like you would
When the Copilot pulls data on your behalf — revealing contacts, exporting, enriching — it spends the same data credits as doing it manually, with the same per-cycle deduplication. Searches and counts stay free.
Availability
The Copilot appears where chat is enabled for your workspace. If you do not see it, check with your workspace admin.
